A named Partner at Nola Weis LLP dba Vice Legal, a small Orange County based law firm that has licensed over 150 cannabis operators nationwide. Danny specializes in corporate and partnership tax structuring, licensing, regulatory compliance and tax compliance within the cannabis space. He achieved an advanced law degree, LL.M. in taxation from Boston University, School of Law, a top 5 program, where he focused his studies on M&A and tax-free corporate reorganizations. Danny has been instrumental in attaining the necessary cannabis licenses in order for us to operate legally within the city and state.
Yumiko Sturdivant
A young entrepreneur who owns a Social Media Marketing business in Newport Beach, CA. Her background includes a B.A. in Sociology/ Psychology and an M.S. in Applied Criminology. Yumiko is known for her competencies in building and elevating brands online but has also helped many clients with their traditional marketing strategies. She has a talent for building trust between clients and brands in behavioral marketing.
Kamran Pahlavi
Kamran brings his extensive skills in marketing, wealth management and client
relations to the company. Kamran was a founding member of Aerium Funds, an
investment management group focused on commercial real properties, with
managed assets in excess of ten billion dollars, and worked out of their London
